VOLUNTEER WITH US AT THE TULSA STATE FAIR!

September 26 - October 6, 2024

Oklahoma United will be at the Tulsa State Fair again this year to register voters, collect signatures for our database, and provide voter education to the 1 million attendees of the Tulsa State Fair. We’ve been working hard toward our plans for a November 2026 ballot initiative.  Read this 8/11/24 Tulsa World story here for an update. 

Who: Members of the OKUnited Team will be at the booth every day.  We plan to have lots of visitors and are asking for your volunteer hours at the booth to assist us  in reaching out to fair attendees. 

What: We will be registering people to vote and sign up for our OKUnited database. We will have a table, chairs, banners, TV slideshow video, and iPads to inform people of their polling place locations, ballots, voter registration, and to sign folks up for our database.

Where: Our booth will be at the Expo Square on SageNet Center Upper Level. Our space is 510. 

When: The Tulsa State Fair is from September 26th to October 6th. Each volunteer shift is about 4 hours long.

How: Sign up for a volunteering shift via the SignUp Genius link noted below.

Attire: We will provide you with an OKUnited T-shirt. Please indicate your size on SignUp Genius. Wear comfy shoes!

Volunteer instructions: 

• To sign up to volunteer, please go to SignUP Genius 
• Indicate your shift and T-shirt size.
• We will offer training with a Q&A session prior to the fair on Zoom. 
• The League of Women Voters will offer additional Voter Registration training to any of our interested supporters.

Additional Info: 

• Snacks and water will be provided.
• Admission will be free to all volunteers.
• There will be a prize for volunteers who sign up the most shifts. 
• We will be caddy corner from the U.S. Marines Corps!
